Yet again Monza delivered with an epic Ferrari home win. It was McLaren's race to lose after starting 1-2 on the grid, but somehow Leclerc made his tires last on the high-speed circuit and was able to take the win after only pitting once. The one-stop versus two-stop strategies are depicted as panes of glass, with red for Charles and Ferrari remaining unbroken from right to left across the painting. The papaya of McLaren falls off the page after dipping down for a second time, depicting the insurmountable gap they gave themselves to try and overcome.
